Show and tell will be every Friday afternoon. Each Friday, a couple of children will have a
turn to share an object for show and tell. I will update each month’s
Show and Tell calendar on the classroom website.
We
have decided to use the idea of a mystery box and clues for our show and tell
time. At the beginning of each week the
mystery box will go home with the week’s show and tell group. The children should find something to share
with the class. It is preferred that the
mystery box items be something that relates to material we are learning about
instead of toys each week. All show and tell items should fit inside the
mystery box. Once the item has been decided upon, please help your child write three
clues that describe the item. The clues
should be written for the children to read to the class. Mystery boxes should return on Friday to be
shared with the class.
